1.1 Scope of Services

hbajhe provides the following services: online sports betting (including cricket, football and kabaddi), live casino games, slot machine games, fishing games, virtual games and other related services. hbajhe reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these services at any time.

1.2 Prerequisites for Use

To be eligible to use the hbajhe platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age, (b) be the owner of a valid and active bank account or mobile banking account, (c) operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit, and (d) agree to comply with all provisions of these terms and conditions.

2.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on hbajhe, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being closed immediately and any balance you hold being forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, family, device or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hbajhe reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your National Identity Card (NID), birth registration certificate or passport may be requested for verification. If the requested documents are not provided within the specified time, your account may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Security

Always keep your account password and login details confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity. hbajhe will not be liable for any loss resulting from a third party using your account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hbajhe is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits must be made through accepted payment methods. Before making a deposit, make sure you are sending money to the correct account number. hbajhe is not liable for funds sent to the wrong account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Processing all withdrawal requests generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is completed.

4.3 Payment Methods

hbajhe supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Please contact our customer service team for information about any applicable charges or fees at the time of a transaction.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation and Refunds

Once a deposit has been made, it is generally non-refundable. However, if a double charge occurs due to a technical error or a deposit does not reach the account, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hbajhe offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus for a total of ৳2,000 — or if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total of ৳32,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once and one bonus applies per account.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winnings from bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• hbajhe reserves the right to cancel a bonus and associated winnings in the event of a breach of bonus terms.
• hbajhe reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The hbajhe VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Tier upgrades are based on the volume and consistency of play.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the original bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the amount wagered on it will be refunded.
• In the event of a calculation error, the correct result will apply and hbajhe reserves the right to reclaim any funds paid out in error.

6.2 Result Determination

All game results are determined through a certified random number generator (RNG). For sports betting, results are determined based on official outcomes and authoritative information sources. In the event of any dispute, hbajhe's decision will be considered final.

8.1 Account Closure by hbajhe

hbajhe reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious financial activity, evidence of fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer service team. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
